EL1 Strategic Program Specialist
20+ years working in high level program advisory roles in federal government across various sectors including employment, environment, infrastructure, industry and disability services.
They have worked at the EL1 level for the last 12 years in high profile and fast paced policy and program areas.
Our Assessment
Impressive candidate with a high performing attitude and excellent well-rounded, senior experience. They would add value immediately in an EL1 program contract.
Experience / Technical Skills
- Master of Public Policy
- Superior stakeholder engagement and excellent written communication
- Experience managing 5 governance bodies in a previous role
- Strong research and analysis skills and the ability to extract and synthesise information
- Significant project management experience
