EL1 Communications Manager
This individual is an experienced communications professional with expertise in strategic and corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and project management within government departments.
As an EL1 within a large federal government department, this candidate manages a team, leads communication initiatives, oversaw a critical intranet redevelopment, and supports senior leadership engagements. In a previous role, they were responsible for policy development, stakeholder liaison, and program management.

- Skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and international counterparts, to enable effective communication, engagement, and advocacy
- Proficient in content creation, information architecture, and content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Drupal), with a focus on enhancing functionality, user experience, and consistency across digital platforms
