Experience / Technical Skills
- Strong experience in APS and contingent workforce onboarding, pre-employment checks, and employment contract processing
- Strong communication skills, liaising with internal HR teams, hiring managers, and external providers to facilitate smooth recruitment processes
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply HR-related legislation, policies, and procedures, including recent changes to non-ongoing engagements
- Proficient in SAP, eRecruit, ATDW, HPRM (TRIM), Cliniko, and other HRIS platforms for data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Managing high-volume recruitment inboxes, resolving complex onboarding queries, and providing clear guidance to candidates
