You support the GM and Directors to set and achieve strategic goals. You take big picture opportunities and implement these through your team. You lead your business area to success. You model the behaviours laid out in HorizonOne’s core values. You play the role of rainmaker managing and building critical business relationships.

Corporate Team Pathways

Team Administrator $50–$60K + Super

The backbone support of the Consulting Team. Often the first face our candidates and clients meet in the office or the voice on the end of the phone. A (super) diverse admin role that will help quickly build a host of new skills.

12-18 months

Senior Administrator $60–$70K + Super

Deliver critical administrative functions to the consulting team in an action packed, busy environment. Support HorizonOne corporate and the Office Manager with corporate and payroll administration to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Grow capabilities in financial administration, payroll and contract management.

2 Years

Research Analyst $60–$80K + Super

The super sleuth in the office. Support Senior Executive recruitment processes by researching, identifying and hunting down the most talented candidates available for high level roles. Experts at social sourcing and analysing market trends, they generate endless leads for our Consultants to develop.

12-18 months

Marketing and Business Improvements Officer $60–$75K + Super

Plays an integral role in the implementation of our marketing strategy. From developing marketing materials and content, to planning corporate events and keeping our Social Media channels on point. A great way to quickly build skills in a broad based commercial marketing environment.

3 years

Office Manager $75–$85K + Super

The glue that holds the HorizonOne office together. They manage the finances and ensure everyone gets paid on time. They are a key player in driving our business culture including through the ‘Culture Club’, and supporting innovation.

3 Years

Marketing Manager $75–$90K + Super

Leads the HorizonOne brand ensuring that our content, marketing and communications drives us towards our objectives. Increase capabilities across the team with agile communications and marketing materials. Supports business initiatives with a passion for implementing projects that impact our ability to deliver quality service.

5 years

Business Manager $85–$95K + Super

Future role in the business working with the Directors to drive business performance. Commercially astute accountant with broad capabilities and the ability to positively impact the bottom line. Manage governance, drive new business initiatives, manage suppliers and support the Directors with planning and implementation.
