William Breeze

William, or as we know him, Billy, enjoys seeing how recruitment can have a significant impact on people’s lives and loves hearing the stories of people getting their dream job knowing he played a part. 

As an integral member of our Marketing and Brand Experience team, Billy manages our brand, website, and social media, supporting the entire HorizonOne team in connecting people with opportunities. 

Growing up just down the road in Goulburn, Billy moved to Wollongong straight after high school to study engineering. 6 months in, he wasn’t enjoying his studies, so he took an ‘Intro to Marketing’ course and through a passionate professor, he discovered his own love for marketing. Billy graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce with a Marketing major and upon graduation, started in a marketing role and hasn’t looked back.  

Outside of work, Billy keeps active by playing soccer on a team with his high school friends. He also enjoys tennis which comes in handy (and brings out his competitive side) for our Friday table tennis matches. Fun fact, Billy first heard of HorizonOne through a social netball competition when his team played our ‘HorizonWon’ team. So, when an opportunity came up to join HorizonOne, Billy shot his shot and applied straight away.
