Senior Administrator - Scribing & Campaign Recruitment

The Opportunity:

This is a really diverse role. Work is interesting, varied and there is an opportunity to learn a great deal about people, business and the recruiting profession. For the naturally curious, you will have a birdseye view of recruitment processes across government organisations from Graduate to SES Band 2 level. Your role will start out administratively focussed while you are learning the systems and then you will get more involved with candidates and clients as you become more comfortable with the process.

Scribing and campaigns management is similar to recruitment, but without the sales element.

The work supporting the activities of the team includes:

  • Relationship management and client servicing
  • Organising and coordinating bulk recruitment processes and end to end recruitment campaigns
  • Communication management
  • Payroll functions including invoicing
  • Office administration and CRM and database management

The Person:

Ideally you have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a corporate office environment and you take pride in supporting a busy team to deliver results. You are highly organised, have a real knack for attention to detail and enjoy a role where you get to communicate regularly with a wide range of people. You are naturally curious to learn and adept at finding solutions that solve problems and improve processes. The idea of getting involved in projects that innovate the way the team operates sounds like a chance to grow and build new skills. A natural affinity with systems and the full suite of Microsoft products and CRM/database will be well regarded. An interest in social media and marketing would be great also.

The Salary/Rate:

$65 – $70K + Super commensurate with experience
