The responsibilities of each position vary, but as a Payroll Officer, you will be required to:
- Process leave and payroll variations
- Interpret and provide advice regarding conditions of service for staff
- Prepare responses to enquiries regarding entitlements to leave, superannuation, salary and other matters.
- Respond to enquiries from staff to ensure strong relationships are built and maintained
- Manage records and personal information including ongoing maintenance of personal files, recording of all relevant file notes and ensuring the payroll system is current
Your Background and Experience
As an experienced SAP or Aurion Payroll Officer, you will have an excellent attitude with strong attention to detail and clear, concise communications skills. You will pride yourself on the ability to finish projects quickly and meet deadlines.
You will have a sound understanding of Enterprise Agreements and an ability to interpret current legislation.
Baseline clearance preferred however Australian citizenship is required.
