The Opportunity:

This opportunity will see you based in Wagga Wagga, and will involve you travelling to key locations across Southern NSW. You will have direct access to the General Manager of HR whilst looking after multi stakeholders across the region.

The Role:

  • You will partner with the people leaders in the business to provide best practice advice in areas relating to people and employee relations
  • Work in partnership with the business to provide specialist coaching, support and influence to enable leaders to effectively deliver their people plans
  • Work with the General Manager, HR, to deliver best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business in conjunction with specialist HR functions. Work cohesively with other HR teams to drive the delivery of key projects aligned with both the group wide and business unit people strategies
  • Deliver key initiatives in line with the people calendar including the remuneration review and talent reviews

The Person:

As a high performer you’ll have previous experience in a similar HR Business Partnering role. You may have a blue collar background and will need relevant qualifications in a HR related field.

You’ll ideally also have strong experience in negotiating EBA agreements and/or experience in liaising with unions.

Finally, a current and valid driver’s license is a must for this role.

The Salary/Rate:

A salary package of $130,000 is on offer for this position. The package includes super plus a car for personal and business use, including a fuel card.
