About your work

Grow into recruitment as a consulting career with excellent onboarding alongside a wealth of learning and development opportunities in your first 6 months and beyond. You’ll start in an industry with a WARM desk (meaning no cold calls or mapping out new business), giving you plenty of opportunities to feel success early!


The team that plays together, stays together. While we work hard, there is plenty of time for balance and there is nothing that a social team of recruiters likes more than some fun. The Culture Club organises monthly team events such as go-karting, bootcamp, bowls, lunch (on the bosses), as well as Friday afternoon Wii and pool competitions – with beer and wine (of course)!

What makes a great recruiter?

Successful recruiters come from all different backgrounds, with a wide variety of different skills and experiences. What they all do have in common though is a drive to succeed, a charismatic personality, lots of resilience and a love for meeting new people.

We are looking for people who can showcase a strong track record of growth or overachieving targets in their careers or through tertiary studies.

In addition, you will have an excellent work ethic, you’ll be prepared to step outside of your comfort zone, be a natural communicator and have a positive attitude to learning and progressing your career.


  • Salary: $55K – $70K + Super + Bonus + Free Parking
  • **Expected first year earnings in excess of $80K + Super
