Over the coming years, the Agency will be undertaking a large change program consisting of an ambitious capital works and cutting-edge artistic program, alongside a range of other significant delivery initiatives across all areas of the business. This is a role offering long-term development and upward advancement within an incredible and innovative cultural program.
This is a newly created role where you will have the opportunity to choose your own adventure regarding direction of the role, with a mixture of governance, project management, business analysis and reporting.
The scope of projects will be diverse, offering you an opportunity to work with elements of technology, art, construction, and business projects.
As the EPMO Officer, you will ensure that business programs and projects are executed effectively and efficiently. You will be part of overseeing project activity across the Agency as well as providing associated governance and a range of support services through-out the project life cycle.
- Coordinating strategic program and project planning in a $200m program
- Identifying and coordinated resolution of key organisational constraints impacting delivery
- Developing and maintaining project management methodologies, standards, and tools
The Ideal Person
You will preferably have past experience providing Project or PMO services across the full project lifecycle, from business case to close-out.
You will feel comfortable in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment where having blended experience in technology, business and art is advantageous.
You will find your experience in project reporting and management of business processes and data advantageous.
An ability to work autonomously, thinking in a structured / strategic way, whilst supporting productive working relationships and communicating with influence is also important.
Salary / Rate
- Salary $85k + $90k + 15.4% super
- Low-cost on-site parking,
- 18 month non-ongoing with possibility of permanency, flexible WFH options
You must be an Australian citizen willing to undergo a police check to be successful for this role.
You must have a minimum baseline clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
