EL1 HR Generalist
This small however high profile organisation requires a high performing, future thinking HR Manager to build organisational capability and support organisational performance and cultural change.
This is an opportunity to be involved in a significant modernisation and exciting change of continuous improvement where you will be able to explore initiatives for the introduction of more effective and innovative human resource processes, practices and policies.
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of People Support and Development you will be responsible for:
- Leading, managing and coordinating the operations of a small team
- Development, and implementation of HR management strategies and polices to support managers and staff alike.
- Explore initiatives for the introduction of more effective and innovative human resource processes, practices and policies.
You are a passionate HR Generalist with pride in their work and embraces change.
You have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated capacity to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
You are a values driven person who will take a lot of pride in their work and has well-developed interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relations within the team.
An EL1 salary will be negotiated for the successful candidate. Transfers considered from other agencies. If outside the APS the role will start with a long term contract with view to permanency.
