The Opportunity

Our client is looking engage a Service Delivery Assistant Manager. In this position you will work with a diverse range of clients. The breadth of work in this position offers endless pathways to grow your career, skills and experience.

The Role

As part of your duties, you will:

• Review personal, and team performance and seek feedback from line management and stakeholders to confirm satisfaction
• Support resource management, priority management, notification (to manager) of any risks or issues to achieving the outcomes
• Ensure planning related to significant pieces of work is undertaken to support delivery and resource requirements are flagged and managed early
• Work collaboratively with other Assistant Managers in the Team to ensure payroll delivery in accordance with required timeframes
• Manage the response to escalations you receive from agency HR representatives and ensure they are either assigned, transferred, or responded to appropriately

Your Background and Experience

To be successful for this role you will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior leaders
• Demonstrated experience in Payroll processing or Shared Services
• Ability to influence and lead managers as well as provide technical expertise on workforce planning matters
• Knowledge and experience translating data insights into practical business solutions
• Experience in using Human Resources metrics for workforce planning purposes

Salary / Rate

• $109,000 – $116,000 per hour plus 15.4%
• S26 permanent transfer
