Change Analyst

This agency is an independent service established by Parliament to prosecute alleged offences against Commonwealth law. Their goals are to be responsive to the priorities of our law enforcement and regulatory partners, effectively contribute to the safety of the Australian community, and to maintain the rule of law. The offices are based in Central Canberra in the suburb of Forrest.

The Opportunity

Enjoy the security of a long-term contract with possibility to extend within a legal branch of the APS. You will have the ability to work flexibly in the centre of Canberra or remotely from the comfort of your own home. This newly established function is at the very beginning of a large-scale digital transformation project, so you can really make your mark and apply your knowledge with a best practice approach.

The Role

You’ll be reporting directly to a high performing Change Manager in a new, fully funded digital transformation project. You’ll be supporting and delivering change activities, including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of the program. Managing stakeholder expectations, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring strategic organisational alignment, and promoting change readiness are all key responsibilities in this role. You’ll also:

  • Work closely with all stream and program stakeholders to ensure staff are well prepared for system implementation
  • Support the Change Managers to drive successful engagement, delivery and adoption of new system processes and changes
  • Identify and outline any project and change management risks and mitigations
  • Conduct change needs assessment across stream’s projects of work

  • $80 – $95 p/h + Super
  • Hybrid and remote working opportunities available
  • 12-month contract, opportunity to extend
