You could either come from a procurement background, or be a financial operations professional who is eager to broaden their knowledge in procurement.
Whilst having strong experience in either financial operations or procurement in federal government is critical, you will be naturally curious and keen to understand how the business works so that you can contribute towards ongoing process and systems improvements.
As this is a small finance team, you will be a real team player and enjoy helping your colleagues out when workloads are high.
A natural affinity to systems is important as our clients’ systems will be continuously evolving. It will be well suited to people who are strong problem solvers, want to think ‘how can we do this better’ and be a real team player.
