APS6 HR Advisor - Learning & Development

The Organisation:

Our client is a newly established agency, which will lead and coordinate the Australian Government’s policy design, implementation and service delivery. They have a high performing workplace culture and are considered a preferred employer.

The Opportunity:

A strategic 3 month non-ongoing position for a high performing HR professional with a focus on establishing Learning and Development systems, working in a small team and managing several major projects, each with a clear goal and accountability.

The Role:

This is a hands on role assisting in setting up a range of L&D frameworks and programs. Commanding a flexible working environment, our clients operations mean you will have an adaptable approach to work and be willing to explore opportunities as they arise; your responsibilities and your work load will change depending on the current demands of each project.

The Person:

You are a flexible, responsive and intuitive HR professional with an interest in Learning and Development processes and programs, or relevant transferable skillset, able to work with ambiguous direction and be reactive to changing conditions.

The successful candidate will have an appreciation, awareness and understanding of issues relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities and be committed to developing their ongoing cultural acumen.

A current Baseline clearance is desirable for this role, but not essential.

The Salary/Rate:

$80k – $90k + Super
