APS6 Feedback and Administration Officer

The Opportunity
As the Feedback / Administration Officer, you will lead the analysis and reporting on feedback data, including the identification of systemic themes and trends, and provide high level briefs to Executive and the Commission.
You will play a key role in supporting the management of self-insurance programs and managing feedback on individual claims related matters while utilising you strategic thinking skills, risk management skills and judgement to inform decisions in a complex and sensitive service delivery environment.
The Role
In this role, you will have experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating projects and initiatives with a focus on achieving outcomes.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage complex issues involving feedback provided in relation to Self-Insured Licensees in accordance with Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) and the Commission’s regulatory framework
- Work collaboratively with licensees and Account Managers to resolve complex feedback matters progressing to resolution
- Monitor and analyse feedback received and provide high level reporting on feedback, including trends and themes
- Contribute to high level briefs, papers, presentations and quality advice for Executive and the Commission
The Ideal Person
To be successful in this role you will have strong research, critical thinking, prioritisation, and attention to detail. You will enjoy working autonomously and have demonstrated strong communication skills with proven ability to communicate and negotiate with influence.
You will have strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks effectively and build and maintain effective relationship management skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with the most senior staff and other stakeholders on sensitive matters.
Salary / Rate
- $86K – $96K per year plus 15.4% Super
- 12 Month Non-ongoing
