APS5 Travel and Credit Card Officer

The Role
- Respond to enquiries from employees in Australia and at overseas posts about corporate credit cards, travel or Comcover
- Process applications for new cards, credit limit increases, cash advance requests, and transfers to/from Posts
- Assist with following up outstanding acquittals and participate in monthly audit checks
- Maintain a high level of focused client service, by phone, via email or in person
- Process claims submitted for damage or reimbursement, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed/provided and where necessary follow up with claimants as required
- Liaise directly with Comcover regarding claims, questions regarding coverage or general policy questions
- Undertake general financial processing duties such as reconciliations, clearing investigations, daily uploads into SAP, and reporting
Your Background and Experience
You will be a natural self-starter, have a good eye for detail, can work under limited direction and have good problem-solving skills. You will also have the following:
- Basic financial literacy skills including the use of SAP, GUI or SAP TEMS
- Excellent client service skills, both in-person, on the phone or via email
- Experience in a busy and dynamic team environment
- Corporate policy interpretation and application
- While not essential, it is desirable to have skills in Excel
- You must have preferably have a security clearance however, candidates without one will still be considered
- You must be an Australian citizen to apply
Salary / Rate
$72K – $84K + 15.4% super
12-month non-ongoing contract
