The Opportunity

With a focus on process improvement and stakeholder engagement, this role will provide you with the chance to enhance your APS recruitment expertise while working in a collaborative and supportive team.
These labour hire engagements are for 4-6 months.
The Role
Support the talent and recruitment team by managing end-to-end recruitment processes and providing high-level coordination and administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, processing outcomes, conducting pre-engagement checks, drafting offer letters, and onboarding candidates
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment inquiries via email and phone
- Supporting the development and maintenance of recruitment templates and documentation
- Providing recruitment advice aligned with legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements
- Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
APS4 additional responsibilities:
- Reviewing and updating recruitment processes, intranet pages, and guidance materials to improve efficiency and compliance

You are an experienced APS recruitment professional with strong coordination skills and a keen eye for detail.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident managing multiple priorities.
Your excellent communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, while your ability to navigate recruitment systems ensures efficient and compliant outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience using HireRoad (eRecruitment) (essential)
- A solid understanding of APS recruitment processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to process improvement
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
