Their Certification™ is a prestigious recognition based entirely on real employee feedback, measuring how consistently they experience a workplace built on trust, respect, and support. Earning this distinction requires ongoing dedication to creating an environment where employees feel valued, engaged, and empowered to thrive. 

Great Place To Work® gathers feedback by sending anonymous surveys to employees, allowing them to share honest insights about their workplace experience.  

The results? 96% of our team say this is a great place to work, a remarkable 36 points above the Australian average! 

At HorizonOne, we continuously push to build a workplace where people feel supported, recognised, and inspired to do their best work. Our culture isn’t just about policies, it’s about real, meaningful actions that maximise impact. 

Well-being at our core 

To perform at your best, you need to feel your best.  

That’s why balance, well-being, and connection are at the heart of everything we do. This includes Human Days, an extra four paid days off annually to rest and recharge.

And our learning culture? That’s alive and thriving too, with Brown Bag lunch sessions where team members share insights and expertise across the company.
